Wow, a lot has happened in these past few months! We went from counting down the days until the weather warmed up and we could go outside, to watching the weather warm up from the confines our homes and not being able to do anything about it.
We know many of you are struggling to adjust to this “new normal.” It was quite an adjustment for us as well having to suspend some in person services and transition over to telemedicine. Our patients are our first priority and we continue to develop new and innovative ways to provide you with therapeutic interventions that treat the whole person.
Mental health doesn’t take a break just because there is a pandemic. In fact, you or someone you know is likely experiencing worsened mental health symptoms due to being stuck inside or fear of catching the virus. We hear you, and we’re here to help.
You are not alone and we are here to alleviate your concerns please call us at
COVID-19 or social distancing which we strongly advocate should not be the reason to delay in getting help for your mental health needs.
We are concerned for the safety of our patients, staff and practitioners and constantly adapting to the changes and developing systems and safe practices to reduce the risk of exposure and transmission of the avirus to those under our care, and in the community.
We want everyone including our patients, friends, families to be safe and to focus not just on their physical health but on their mental health and recovery.
